14-day guarantee

You can cancel any purchase within 14 days of the order date and get 100% of your money back, without giving a reason, even if you have already downloaded the PDF or watched the lessons. This covers and goes beyond your statutory right to cancel a digital content contract under UK and EU consumer law.

How to cancel

In your student area, open My account, go to My purchases, press Withdraw from purchase and confirm. The page shows the date and time of your request straight away, and the refund goes to Stripe at the same moment. You can also write to the e-mail address shown on your purchase receipt, from the e-mail address you used to buy.

Several items in one order

If you ticked an optional add-on at checkout, you can cancel just the add-on or the whole order.

When you get your money back

We refund you within 14 days of your request, to the payment method you used, at no cost to you. How long it takes to show on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

After the refund

Access to the refunded product is removed from your student area.

Faulty content

If content does not work or is not as described, tell us at any time. Your statutory rights to a repair, replacement or refund do not end with this guarantee.
